FAQs
All games on the weekdays, Mon-Thur, run $40 per person. All games on the weekend, Fri-Sun, run $45 per person. We charge for players ages 8 years old and up, children younger than 8yrs are free.
We do offer a discount to players that book 2+ rooms. Call or email us to check in about discount offers. Check out our social media pages for all specials and promotions we run from time to time.
Each room has a room minimum and maximum for playability and safety. When you reserve a room we require the minimum player deposit to be paid to reserve the experience. Full payment can be made upon purchase or finished upon arrival.
Yes, you get the entire game to yourself so make sure you craft your team carefully.
There are room minimums to meet in order to actually play the room successfully, while we allow less players than the minimum, the minimum ticket count must be paid for in order to play. The other awesome part, is that if more people want to join in on the fun and you didn’t book them, as long as the room maximum isn’t already reached, they are more than welcome to join the party and pay on site!
Absolutely! But there are a few things to note:
A minor waiver must be signed by an adult for anyone under the age of 18.
Children 13 and under must have a paying adult in the room with them.
Ages 14-15 require an adult to remain on the premises.
Ages 16+ do not require an adult on site.
Often, we see that kids above 8 or so tend to understand what the game is all about and they get to enjoy helping to find clues and then giving them the chance to unlock a few items as well. Teens do very well overall as they are so much better than we are (adults) at thinking outside the box! Younger kids are welcome too since the room is always a private game but please note, our rooms are not toddler safe and we do have some breakable or fragile items in the rooms so we ask that you keep an eye on them for everyone’s enjoyment and safety.
DON’T BE LATE!
Please arrive 15 minutes before your game starts. Punctuality is key! To be respectful of the other players, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your game, you may not be able to play or we may need to deduct time from your 60 minutes in the room.

paradigmQ’s refund and reschedule policy is as follows:
– All payments made will not be refunded.
– Any cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start of your game, is eligible for a complimentary reschedule or we will issue a store credit for the amount paid on the reservation to be used in the future.
– Any cancellations made after 24 hours before the start of your game are not eligible for a complimentary reschedule or store credit.
Expect to be challenged and have fun! Only about 37% of the teams escape in time!
The game itself is at most 60 minutes-you will not get any more time, even if you beg, bribe and butter us up! The entire experience will be closer to 90 minutes and will include an introduction to escape games and what to look for to be successful in the room as well as a walk through of the game at the end to show you any clues you might have missed if you fail to escape the room.
This game requires you to think and communicate with others-I know its a lot to ask in this tech- heavy world but it is also a ton of fun and you will find yourself so enthralled in the game and its challenges that you will wonder how quickly those 60 minutes went by!
The games do not require any crazy feats of strength and you need not have graduated Summa Cum Laude to be successful. The most successful groups are those that communicate well, think simply and straightforward, and are very thorough in their searches and their thought process.
You will not need to know any specific trivia or facts. There might be an occasional riddle or some simple math to do but you will be able to solve every clue that comes your way if you just think a bit.
Our Game Masters will also be able to help you with clues if you ask for them-this isn’t meant to be mission unsolvable but the rooms aren’t meant to be easy either. You will have your skills and smarts tested (but way better than any other test you’ve had to take in the past!).
We have plenty of parking in our lot, located right in front of our entrance!
First off, we have been fortunate to work with an amazing puzzle master, Tom Gazzola, who was a local legend and ridiculously clever and talented! He will be greatly missed and we hope to honor him with some fun hidden clues that he helped design.
Second, we have a great combination of straightforward clues, harder codes to crack, and multi layered puzzles as well as some added surprises. Most of our clues have been custom made and hand crafted to provide the most “wow” experience for you and your group. We have something for everyone to feel like they are helping to solve the mysteries. If it’s your first escape game ever or you have played every room you come across, you will thoroughly enjoy it! We will be adding more rooms and themes over the year so please come back and play them all with your friends, family or co-workers!
You will not be, in fact, “locked” in the room. At anytime, you will be able to leave the room. We encourage you to stay the entire time and get the full experience but if you must leave for any reason, you will be able to immediately. This is not meant to be a scary experience. While there is a level of thrill and mystery, its mostly just a ton of fun!!
